I wouldn’t say he is going on a rampage, perse, since he seems to have a list of targets.

I read his manifesto, listed here. I have to say that he gave up his moral high ground once he said that innocent family members of the personnel he claims to have wronged him were valid targets, one of which ended up being his first two victims.

Watching the live video feed from LA’s Channel 4 website, I just learned that in Torrance there were two women driving a black truck, which Torrance police are claiming matched the description of the suspect’s truck, who were delivering papers this morning and as they pulled up near the home of one of the officers listed in the manifesto, Torrance police opened fire on them, shooting them both. They are expected to survive, but come on. This shoot first ask questions later mentality is why the public has such a decreasing respect for law enforcement agencies.

At first I held somewhat of a generous view of his motivations, but once I learned how wide he was willing to expand his list of targets, he lost me.
